Called FedEx Saturday morning for an update from the case. I was told that the package has not been located and that it must mean that is was delivered. They also told me that the information I was told from the first 2 reps on Wednesday and Thursday night was FALSE. The driver did not scan the package an extra time after marking it as delivered.
