KEEP IN MIND if you need it for grinding that means it has to be cheap. i honestly think beast breathing is great. I believe that beast is probably the best. Mist is great late game as well as early, only costs 2k yen (you do have to make your way through a "super scary" maze though), which takes maybe a minute or 2.

If you want the meta stuff though, it's most probably either moon breathing with hybrid or sun breathing, but you need to be at least prestige 1 and level 50 to get them and even if you get to prestige 1 you won't have enough skill points to get the whole moveset.
