Yeah, to clarify, the Titan property on the bow is a full on damage rider. So each damage rider source in your build would get the Str bonus added on. For the linked build, that means every Shriek, Sneak Attack, Colossus Slayer, Stalker Gloves, and elemental arrow proc would get +4 (Str) damage added on with the Club of Hill Giant Strength.
