Meaning you have to answer questions correctly at least 50% of the time. If by 85 questions the nclex is 95% confident you can or cannot do that, it will shut off.

Terrible timing cause 1) it was a Friday and 2) Monday was MLK day. The pearson vue trick worked 2 hours after my test and my quick results still posted 48 hours later even though Monday was a holiday. Yes! I took mine on a Saturday and got results on a Monday.
