Okay so I feel like I’m in every preclinical medical student’s worst case scenario in that I have now failed Step 1 twice. Advice dumps are encouraged! My university dismisses students after 3 failures. Granted my last attempt was very close. If this was still a scored exam with passing = 194, I “scored” a 193.
