Since then, we are having to reboot the Telo several times throughout the day. There are no known issues with our Internet service which is through Time Warner Cable.

I don't 100% remember when it started working but I think it was some time between 6:30 and 7:30 pm CT. I was going to go call someone, picked up the phone, no dial tone, came and checked the ooma, was doing the 3 blinking red lights then it just randomly started working again. Gordon from Ooma here.
