I have a laptop MSI Katana GF66 11UE-044 (intel i7 11 GEN, RTX 3060). I can't find a way to manually adjust the fan speed. I have a dedicated key on the keyboard, but this brings the fans to full speed and its quite loud. I have MSI afterburner, but I can't control fan speed with it.

new gp76 here. weird, but the min speed for the fans is ~2000 RPM. First fan (CPU) is WAY LOUDER than the second fan (GPU) My guess is that they locked the min RPM at 30% or so, sometimes companies do this for GPUs as far as I know, but they did it also for the CPU, might be because it has an integrated GPU. doesn't make sense.
