Runs fine once it’s started. Tomorrow going to change the fuel filter and water separator filter as a starting point. The 2 wire sensor is the intake air temp sensor. The 3 wire sensor is the Boost pressure sensor. Thr boost has nothing to do with the intake heater. The other sensor is the coolant temp sensor. It is located in the top of the block on the drivers side. It ia a 2 wire sensor as well.

The earlier relays are to small to carry the 90+ amp load. On the 3116/3126 engines we have been using the Blue Bird relay that is used for the body heater/light functions. It does require replacing the terminal ends with something much heavier.
