For a skin to work properly, it must be "installed" in the right place, ie: osu!\Sking\SkinName Sometimes the .osk does not extract properly and it create duplicated folders. What you end up with is something like this: osu!\Skins\SkinName\SkinName If you try to load the skin in game it'll give you an error like "Osu cannot find SkinName.ini" etc.If it is the .osk (pink like file) then you should be able to just drag it into the osu! window/client and it will auto import and change.
