I'm not getting power to the plow. There is no plow to the joystick or the plow. I changed the motor relay and it didn't fix the issue. I've check all the fuses and they are all good. I do have power from the battery to the motor relay. What else should I check?

That a-frame looks tweaked, the center pin hole is egged out and it looks cracked at the welds. The plow has been acting up pretty much since I bought it lightly used just over a year ago. Initially the hand held controller would shut off continuously some storms when any of the function buttons were pressed.If not use a test light and make sure. The most likely problem is the grounds from the plow lights themselves to the frame. Take the lights apart and check and/or replace the grounds, wires inside the case take a lot of vibration and that can cause them to fail.Don't forget to check the bulbs to be sure they're good too. Last season when i dropped the plow everything was working. This year nothing. No switch over with the lights and no power to the box type controller. I have cleaned and checked all grounds , fuses on the harness, as well as the fuse in the fusebox. I have power to the solenoid and ground to the smaller post from the solenoid to the battery.The plow motor runs when you put a jumper wire to solenoid. Power to one of the red wires and both black wires. The controller seems to have quit. It's less than one year old but the old round plug. Backlight works but the red light doesn't come on when you hold on. Took the controller apart and there is a part at the back that is HOT.

The plow stopped having all function the other day during a snow storm. The lights on the plow work fine and the controller has lights and powers on but Im unable to get the plow to move. The plow itself is NOT getting power from the relay under the hood, I checked all connections and everything seems good.If that loop is broken, it assumes the plow is off the truck and shuts off, killing power to the controller in the process. If you jump pins 2 and 7 on the truck side in the drawing below, that completes the loop. If the controller comes on, it means it is the plow side that is bad.
