Colt discontinued hard rubber stocks in about '68/'69 when they introduced the Eagle stocks. My opinion is free, and worth every penny of it.

Colt made a run of them for 3rd Gens for the CCA. Each frame was stamped with the CCA number and I think they were in 38-40. Most of the FDL grips were sold off as they brought a pretty dollar.
